ID help - small bobbing bird seen at waterfall (1 Viewer)

Please can ypu help me to identify this bird? Im very new to bird watching and just cant seem to figure out whats what!

Seen at base of a waterfall in southern Scotland (Galloway Forest) in june.

Hopping between rocks. Seemed to "bob" up and down whenever it wasnt jumling/flying.

Extremely short tail. Small. About the size of a blue tit, maybe a tad larger.

Thanks in advanced :)
