Could you give the location and the date, please? Thanks.
Assuming that both of those are suitable (ie that it's somewhere in NW Europe), and allowing for the fact that it's not possible to see the leaves terribly clearly, it looks like bird's foot trefoil (rather than, say, horseshoe vetch).
 
Flowers look like bft, but vegetation doesn’t. I think there is some wild marjoram (bigger leaves to the left and right), the daisy-like flowers and “feathery” leaves a type of mayweed or yarrow?

There are many leaves immediately around the main flowerhead that are very plausibly bird's foot trefoil. I agree with you about the ID of the other plants in the photo, including yarrow.
 
Definitely bird’s foot trefoil. We used to call it the bacon and egg plant. This one is quite yellow but you can see some red on the emerging flower buds, hence the name!
