ID please, 3, 4 and if I followed it right 5 as well are the same bird.

Thanks! In image 2, can it be told if it is a marsh wren from a weird angle? I saw a marsh wren well and followed it moving in the distance until I took this photo, but now I'm hoping that I didn't lose it while following it (this would be my only photo of one)
