ID Western Tanager? Resaca de la Palma SP, Brownsville, TX, USA (1 Viewer)

This bird was vocalizing above the viewing area at the end of Ebony trail. The yellow bill and wingbars plus yellow flanks seem okay for Western Tanager. And they have been reported for this park. Can you confirm?

Can't think what else it might be unless there are any confusion species I haven't thought of...
