Hi All

The only Iris I cvan find in an online "Cyprus Flora" is germanica.

This iris was small, maybe 6in in heigh, very common. Just up the coast from Corralia Bay (Paphos), Cyprus.

I am pretty sure that all the flowers were in pairs, as pic2.

Yes that's it. Often called Barbary Nut. Widespread in southern Europe.
