Is it the Common Buzzard? (1 Viewer)

Hello! So, we saw this one in flight in a park near my house sometime in September (Dortmund, Germany) and we tracked it for a while but it didn't seem to land anywhere. Unfortunately this is the only record shot (sorry for the bad quality of the image) I could manage to get while it was in flight. Looking at the wing pattern and the size of the bird, I think it was a Common Buzzard, but I may be wrong. Can somebody help here? Thank you in advance!
