Is this a Pipit? (1 Viewer)

Video grabbed this bird today, almost a silhouette, but photoshop helped. Later on I got a clear look at what I think was the same bird, but no camera set up.

Pretty sure it is one of the Pipits?

It appears to be a Meadow Pipit with rather short curved hindclaws, flank streks obviously thinner than breast markings, pink lower mandible on a although thin bill and a hint of a dark stripe in front of the eye with an obviously one behind the eye. ;)

Are you being cryptic, Jan? On location and time of year this has to be a Meadow Pipit?
