jay ID woodhouse vs mexican in Portal, AZ (1 Viewer)

I need help please. I was in Portal, Arizona 3 weeks ago and I am having trouble figuring out what these birds are. the top 2 (on the pole and on a branch with another branch in front) should be the same bird. The one on the jelly feeder is different and the bottom 2 are the same. The top one was ID as a woodhouse Jay by a local birder but I am not seeing the facial markings that would suggest a woodhouse. There may be a faint blue ring on its neck??? and slight black around the eye. The one on the jelly feeder looks more like a Mexican Jay (no black around the eye or white above the eye. The bottom one on the tree, I don't see much darkness around the eye, a white eyebrow or blue on the neck that would suggest it would be a woodhouse. Any help from someone that are more familiar with these 2 birds would be appreciated.
