Lesser Fish Eagle or Grey Headed Eagle? (1 Viewer)

This photo is from an Oxbow lake of the Kinabatangan River in Sabah. It seems that there is a dark band at the end of the tail, and lighter (beige) above, but not white. We first called it a Lesser Fish Eagle. because we thought it was a "dirty " tail.

That being said:
I can't find photos of the Lesser Fish Eagle showing that show any band in the tail when perched like my bird in the photo. Which make me lean Grey-headed Fish eagle.

I have zero experience with either bird, could someone help me with this ID? Or is this not enough to say either way? Would love to learn.

Thanks !!!!!

-John
