Hi again

On my latest trip I got a couple of good photos of this species but it happens to be in front of a nest on a twig. I don't want to upload something that might be against the rules re nests and nesting birds so asking first... the link to my photo on Flickr is here http://www.flickr.com/photos/marcell_claassen/4890618489/in/photostream/

I will understand if this one is too close to borderline and/or against the rules.
