Little Ringed or Common Ringed Plover? (1 Viewer)

Taken today in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Common Ringed would be quite unusual for this area; Little Ringed breed here. So I assume it's a Little Ringed, but the legs look rather bright yellow, the bill looks possibly not all black, and the neck band looks fairly thick, so I thought I'd run it by the forum.

Juv Little Ringed Plover, no doubt.

Shows a narrow orbital ring, commons would show white in that area.

Little ring plover for me too. Compared with ringed plover: Pale buff supercilium (white and more distinct in r. plover) and more slender build with longer legs (r. plover more dumpy).
