Luzon in November (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone, I'm planning to have 2 weeks in Luzon second half of November with my non birding fiancee. A week in Manila seeing family and visiting La Mesa and a week outside Manila. For the time outside Manila I'm thinking of doing Subic as there seems to be activities other than birding so we can divide the time ! As it's only a short trip I want to make it as simple and hassle free as possible which is why I'm only concentrating on the one area. For those of you that have birded subic, is November a sensible time to go regarding weather/temperature.? Can it be birded all day or is it a morning and afternoon job, escaping the midday heat ?

The other options were... 1.) Mt Makaling area or 2.) Baguio/banaue/ifago

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated
