Hello
This moth was found earlier today in mixed woodland, initially perched on a tree trunk. It was fairly small with wingspan in the 2-3cm range. I'm assuming that it's a pug of some sort, but I've not been able to find any convincing matches taking into account the time of year. It's perhaps too worn for a definitive ID, but I'd still appreciate any suggestions as to what it MIGHT be!
Thanks
Paul
