Marsh or Willow Tit (1 Viewer)

Took this at RSPB Minsmere last week and I've still not come to a definite conclusion. From the upward angle it's not possible to determine whether it has a glossy or matt head and the wing detail is lost with the displaced feather. Any help would be much appreciated.

first to look in such pics is the pale spot on base of upper mandible - the only reliable feature of marsh tit, not or extremely rare occuring in willow. this is a marsh tit.
