I believe this:

is a rufous-banded miner rather than creamy-rumped because:

  • Longish, wide-ish pale eyebrow
  • Evidence of peachy sides
  • Reddish overall colour (cf Isabelline)
  • There are ebird records of rufous-banded from the location but none of creamy-rumped

...do we agree?

Ridgely says for RBM "flight feathers rufous with a blackish border....tail rufous with a broad black subterminal band. Below dingy buffish, flanks often pinkish cinnamon"
For CRM "Resembles [RBM] but bill longer and more decurved, more uniform flight feathers (duller rufous with less obvious dusky border) and creamy white ish rump and undertail coverts (contrasting with blackish terminal band).

I'm tending to agree photo is Rufous-banded.
