Moth ID help please (1 Viewer)

Hello, I tried to ID but am unsure about this moth. Moth seen today in Bowland, Lancashire in strong sunlight. Back appeared metallic silver with cream/yellow sidesDSC_4191.jpgDSC_4204.jpg

Hi. No worries. Just to say, A Concise Guide to the Moths of GB & Ireland by, Martin Townshend & Paul Waring, Illustrated by, Richard Lewington, is an excellent book...... Probably, the best! 👍 😁
