Hi. I think pic 1, is a Common heath, and pic 2, a Latticed heath?
Hi. Yep, spot-on, I reckon! looks like one to me! 👍For 3 - Am I seeing white dots on the forewing edge? Synaphe punctalis? (bear in mind I'm a complete beginner...).

Hi. I'll have to check that out, thanks! For micros, I have, Micro moths of GB & Ireland, by, Phil Stirling & Mark Parsons, illustrations by, Richard Lewington, excellent guide! I rushed in earlier with I'd, because a lot of Crambidae have long palps!......... I even got the family wrong! 😲 😂 There you go, you learn something new every day! From a flick through Denny - I know it's heresy in some quarters but I find his guide easier for identifications than Waring...
👍 ☺And thanks everyone! this was fast...
Pyralidae not Crambidae! 😂. OK, thanks, I'll check it out.Manley not Denny 🥴
Hi. I think pics 4&5 maybe either a, Plain/Riband wave?
Hi. Yeah, it could well be!............ It's gotta be one of those! 🤔 😂Hi, just in case, I'm told it could be a Streaked wave Scopula virgulata too.
