Mouse-colored Tyrannulet Santa Clara Panama (1 Viewer)

Can someone please confirm that this is a Mouse-colored Tyrannulet? Taken near Santa Clara Panama is Sep.

No it's one of the big Myiarchus flycatchers. The tyrannulet is smaller, has a stubby bill and probably sits horizontally. This is pale and dull so is probably Panama flycatcher. But these species are difficult and this is compounded by racial variation
