Just sat back down when I spotted this Warbler? coming out of a cherry tree and flying into the oak tree in my Yard in Jacksonville, NC. Thanks for helping me out!

Look at that beak... it's an oriole. I'll say immature Baltimore Oriole, though I suppose a female Orchard Oriole might get this orange sometimes.

You also need to beware of confusing orioles with tanagers. Luckily one of your photos shows wing bars, eliminating any tanagers in the East.
 
It's a bright female Baltimore Oriole. The pale greyish chin and 'spectacle' coupled with the bright orange, not slightly greenish tinged yellow, underparts separate it from Orchard.
