[Norway] Buzzard? (1 Viewer)

Rough-legged buzzard. Are there any regular buzzards up there?
Interesting, I just wanted to know. Varanger is an Arctic birdwatching destination in the northeastern part of Norway. Common Buzzards don't breed there, it's not their wintering range and they ''typically migrate south for the northern winter'' according to Avibase. To my surprise, when looking at the lists it appears to be a vagrant in this area. There is a very very very small chance of seeing them there :)
