Not able to host Camera Raw with CS3 Bridge (1 Viewer)

I have recently aquired a book on Photoshop CS3 by Martin Evening, in this book there is a tip that you can host Camera Raw in Bridge, so open via bridge and lable/rate them in mutliple selection, The preferance dialogue should show this option in 'Behaviour' however mine does not. I can open my D90 raws via photoshop though.

any ideas why ?

I believe that you can label and rate raw files in multiple selection via Bridge, but the page in 'Behaviour' that refers to labels applies to all files and not specifically or selectively to any one file type.
