Opticron service (1 Viewer)

My daughter uses a Opticron Traveller 8x32, very nice little bin.

It was a bit out of collimation and the diopter had somewhat shifted. Not sure why and when it happend, perhaps it took a hit sometime but not sure...

I asked the dealer in Switzerland about probable repair cost. He said its not worth it, would be more than buying a new one...

I asked the Opticron service anyway. They emailed back: probably 30-60 pounds but they would need to check.

So i send the bins in. Got them back yesterday, repaired for free under warranty. Very pleasant surprise and great service!
