Parrots from Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico (1 Viewer)

Not the best picture I am afraid but it was the best I could get with my phone.

My best guess is Mexican green parrot.

Any help is appreciated.

Difficult to give a definitive ID as birds are very small within the image. However, prominent white eye-ring and pale bill is making me think Olive-throated Parakeet, although I'm struggling to see any blue in the folded wing.

Olive-throated Parakeet doesn’t occur in that region of Mexico. Based on range and visible field marks these should be Orange-fronted Parakeets.
