Pipit Dalian, China (1 Viewer)

It's obviously one of the small Pipits. Dark legs, pale lores, almost unstreaked back = Buff-bellied Pipit.
 
I think that it is blakistoni Water Pipit - the mantle seems relatively streaky and the lateral throat-stripe and patch and moustachial stripe seem non-existent and the eye-ring isn't that obvious.
