Tawny pipit IMO; buffish colouration, well streaked head, appears to have a moustachial strip and the bill doesn't appear long enough nor does it look dark enough for the alternative- Long-billed pipit.

Hi. Agree with Tawny, for reasons already stated...........also showing large prominent dark centres to the med coverts, which, is more diffuse/less prominent in a Long-billed.
