Can't figure out what's going on with the flight-feathers (moulting?), but there seems nevertheless to be a short chiffchaff primary-projection.

Have to check the earlier threads on this, but iirc Iberian Chiffchaff is intermediate. Again going from (vague) memory but suspect key characters not visible here.

Based on the 6th primary?
It is a classic willow warbler with its classic primary projection.
