Hello Henry,
its a Zitting Cisticola.
Most obvious feature imo is the contrasting pattern on the tail.
Everything else, including an appearant short bill, bold black streaks to the upperparts, very pale pink legs and appearant plain facial expression with a darkish cap (yes wishful thinking) is also good.

Thanks a lot, Alexander! I got a bit confused because of the dark part around the eyes and because of the fact that recently some rather rare bunting species have been observed in the area, but you must be absolutely right!
