Hi
A couple of friends who are just becoming interested in birds are coming down to Prawle Point for 3 weeks and have asked me what birds they are likely to see. I am not familiar with the area apart from knowing it's a site for Cirl Bunting. They are not experienced enough for LBJ's in scrub so will there be any seabirds around such as terns, Fulmars, Gannets, Manx Shearwaters etc? They are artists and will be sitting around a lot on various clifftops, weather permitting!
Is a visit to Slapton Ley worth it at this time of year?
Any comments most welcome, many thanks.
