Quito, Hummingbird ID (1 Viewer)

While at the Intiñán Solar Museum north of Quito I saw several hummingbirds but was not able to identify this one.
Any help would be appreciated.

Buffy tones below and curved bill point toward Purple-collared Woodstar, presumably a young male given the dark spotting coming in on throat.
