Hi, Just want some confirmation please (or contradiction?)

Is this a Booted Eagle? I've seen many Booteds but never one this colour.

second cal y Iberian Imperial Eagle may be the better option

Iberian 7 fingers , but maybe i went to easy and only the finger counting will not rule it out , looking more carefully to the picture i might see a larger body and beak , Mott do you have more pictures.

Indeed, and this IIE is likely in active moult. The fingers are also deeper than in Booted. The massive bill, mottled upper breast and buff coverts and body all point to IIE too.

Agree , just looked to some of my pictures form a IIE and i see several with 6 only .(attached )

Sorry Mott for the wrong guidance but this is a much better bird to be seen ;)

Yes, I do have some more pictures of the same bird and 3 of them are attached. I think it is an IIE now.
