Given the tail-pattern, the only options seem to be broad-winged hawk and red-shouldered hawk. From the large amount of white on tail, underwing and underbody, I'd take it to be a (1-year-old?) broad-winged hawk - subject to the date making this ID possible. Of course date should be provided with all ID requests, and this is certainly a case where it would help.
 
Hi. Agree. Looks like a Broad-winged hawk. The second to last thick, white bar on the tail looks ok, moustachial stripe/cheek markings etc.
