Right now.1 Great Blue, 1,Great white Egret, one Snowy Egret, 10. Black bellied Whistlers, 1. Little blue Heron,1.Anhinger, Many Moorhens, (Common Gallinule)1. Glossy Ibis. I have watched at this window for six months, to-day was the first time watching the two Egrets taking prey from the middle of the pond, (on the wing) and snatching with the ‘Bill’. I can’t find any mention of such activity in my birding books! Does anybody have any knowledge of this behavior? Please!
