Record videos in TV mode? (1 Viewer)

Hi

It's my first time in this forum. We've just bought a Canon EOS 90D camera because our desire is to record videos in 4K with 29,97 fps.

For the purpose of recording videos, we'd like to leave camera set automatically all the settings for us, except the shutter speed, that we'd like to lock in 1/60.

So, in other words, we would like to lock the speed to 1/60, and camera automatically set exposure and ISO...

BUT, when we switch the dial to TV capture mode (like we would do in still photos), looks we are unable to configure speed to 1/60 (at least for recording videos no).

Is there anyway to do what we want?

P.s.: we know if changing to M (Manual) mode, we are able to set the speed to 1/60. But, in this mode, we also need to set exposure and iso manually. Not what we want.

Any advice?

Thank you very much.

When shooting video on the 90d you can just set it to 29.97 , it actually calls it 30fps but it is good old NTSC 29.97.

It is my understanding that TV mode is for taking still pictures of TV screens not for shooting video.
