Redhead Ducks? Northern VA, USA (2 Viewers)

Can anyone tell me if these are redhead ducks? The beaks don't look right for canvasbacks. I took the photo today at a lake in northern Virginia. Thanks for your input.

I just found a better photo. The black and white ducks in front are probably ring-necked. The three in the back on the right look like redheads to me. But the one in the back left has a bill that looks more like a canvasback. Is this possible? Also, any idea what's in the right foreground?
