Roosting pockets (2 Viewers)

We are cleaning out the bird nests, some of the roosting pockets I have are filled with twigs and bedding, do I leave this or clean out?
not certain if birds fill them to roost😊

I would leave these for now while you clean the nest boxes. Any changes to the lining might put off any sheltering / roosting birds, particularly in this current cold snap.
