Rough-legged buzzard? - Northwest Turkey (1 Viewer)

photos are of the same bird. there were long-legged and common buzzards in the area, this looked different. especially in flight, it was looking black and white. rough-legged buzzard, then? date today, december 10th, 2023. thanks in advance...

thank you all, for the contributions. in this case, I won't enter this as a RLB to eBird. for the record; I think the probability of it being a RLB is higher, but you cannot always reflect what you see in the field to the photograph.
