I will be in Savegre Hotel, Costa Rica in April 2024. Any recommendations for a second location in the same general area? Also, would appreciate any info on best birding in the area and places not to miss. I will not have transport.

In the past the local guide who is affiliated with the lodge has been excellent. In terms of other places it depends a good deal on how you are getting to the Savagre area, via San Isidro de El General or by traveling south on the coast highways.
