Last batch from the Monteverde area mid-June. Here are a few from two similar locations, Selvatura Park and Santa Elena Cloud Forest. Thanks for looking!

SE 1, Red-billed Pigeon?
SE 2, Black-and-yellow Silky-Flycatcher?
SE 3, some sort of Woodcreeper
Selvatura 1, another Woodcreeper
Selvatura 2, Greenlet?
Selvatura 3, White-winged Tanager? But those red looking eyes . . .
Selvatura 4, Yellowish Flycatcher?
Selvatura 5, Grassquit?
Selvatura 7, Common Chlorospingus?

Ack! They were attached when I initially posted--not sure what happened.

SE1: y (red-based yellow bill)
Se2: y
Se3: could be and perhaps more likely: my first impression was a wren
Selv1: perhaps spotted woodcreeper (dark crown)
Selv3: prong-billed barbet
Selv4: y
Selv5: n: looks like ant-thingy
Selv7: y

Selva 5: might be juvenile slate-throated whitestart (redstart)

That's an interesting and likely ID. I couldn't find anything with a white tail that looked mostly black all over, but now that I look again I think I do see some yellow on the belly, though most of it looks dark. Might be a lighting issue, and this ID definitely feels most likely.

Thanks for these IDs. I'm especially excited to have the barbet nailed down. I've included a couple more terrible photos of Selvatura 1 in case they are at all helpful. Curious about Selvatura 2, as it seems like I should be able to come up with a viable ID, but I can't seem to.
