The wing shape, with a gentle S-curve on the leading edge, also supports this being Sharp-shinned Hawk. The wing shape can vary from moment-to-moment in flight, but with all of your photos showing this it favors Sharp-shinned over Cooper's Hawk. Cooper's usually has a straighter front to the wings.
