Shorebird ID, Fort de Soto, FL (1 Viewer)

Went to Fort de Soto Park this afternoon for the first time, what an amazing place! Shorebirds and wading birds everywhere, with great opportunities for pictures. I'm on a birding trip right now, and plan to go back for the next 2 days.

I'm still have a lot to learn about IDing shorebirds, but this one has stumped me. It's about the size of a Willet, but looks nothing like any Willet I've ever seen. Any thoughts?

Stephen

Thanks everyone! I'm new to birding, and I guess I've only seen Willets in their winter non-breeding plumage. Its a nice looking bird either way.
