Only species regularly breeding in Siberia are included; those of marginal occurrence (in geographic sense) or occasional breeders are not included. Due to this, the paper is not an avifauna of Siberia.
The OD given for Cygnus bewickii (on page 288) is, I think, wrong. See here.
