Slovenia and Croatia in late July (1 Viewer)

I'll be visiting Istria, Croatia and Western Slovenia for the first time from July 26. This is not only a birding trip, but as always I'll bring my binoculars... :)

A few questions come to mind:

1. Could there still be any Black-headed Buntings around, or have they already left?
2. Are there any good/reliable places to look for Wall Creeper, Rock Partridge, Ural Owl, Snow Finch and/or Syrian Woodpecker?

Best regards
