Hi,

Can anyone throw a light on this small black fungus? Seen in a Hampshire wood under Beech trees.

Thanks,

Dave

With the exception of a few very distinctive species, most fungi id required a series of photos including underside, spore colour, size, shape and often other microscopical features. I tried it on a couple of AI apps but results not remotely convincing.
