Song Sparrow? Reston, VA, USA (1 Viewer)

I think this is a song sparrow. I think that because it's cold today--at least by Virginia standards--its breast feathers are all puffed out and obscuring the dark breast spot. Am I correct about this?

Various things can show/not show a 'chest-spot': it's a pretty duff feature.
