A Sparrow? Reston, VA, USA (1 Viewer)

I can't figure out what type of bird this is. I took the photograph today in a condo-plex near a gold course in Reston, northern Virginia. There was a small flock of these birds. I didn't notice any obvious male/female differences, but the lighting was weird and there was a lot of glare off the snow, so I may have missed something. Any ideas who this is?

Actually, after looking at the 2nd photo again, I think it might be a white-throated sparrow. Does that seem right? They're pretty common around here.
