I'm guessing Crested Lark but I'm finding it hard to differentiate between the others.

You've got as far as it being a lark, so you've already nailed it: lark + biggish crest = crested lark (no Thekla larks in Greece).

All look the same in the books lol. Wish I was clever enough to confident, I guess if side by side it would be a whole lot easier

What others do you want help differentiating it from?

Crested also has a long and slightly curved bill, quite different from the stubby and straight bill of Skylark (I'm guessing that is your confusion species?). Also, Skylark has white trailing edge and tail edges, Crested has neither.

Thekla's does not occur in Greece. There are a number of older threads on here on differentiation where both occur together - worth a search.
