It's definitely smaller. There is something odd with the bill. Like it was not quite a normal bird.

I've only seen these once or twice and I did not make those calls. Somebody will come along and say soemething useful. Sorry.
 
The very last picture does look like one of my book pictures. There is a gap between the dark part of the bill and the eye. Color overall does fir Tundra at this time. It will be near white in spring.

You bird also sounds like the same one that Justin Rink reported.
