Tern Id question, Southern CA (2 Viewers)

Dear all,

I captured this tern at Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, Orange County, California on Friday, May 12th while it was flying over the wetlands.
I think it is Elegant Tern because it has a long, thin, and sharp bill.
I have no idea about other differences between Elegant and Royal Terns. So if you please let me know your opinion I will be appreciated it.

Elegant. Royal has a shorter, thicker, redder bill.
