Texas - Short-billed or Long-billed Dowitcher? (2 Viewers)

Both birds are apparently found in the Bolivar Flats in Texas. Try as I might to ID with Sibley and Cornell, I remain confused!
Help!
Thanks much.Dowitcher.jpg

White on lower belly suggests Short-Billed. It's almost impossible to tell these two apart from photos; there is supposedly a slight difference in body shape but they are "most easily separated by voice" as my book says.

I'm going with Short-billed. Assuming this photo is recent, the breeding plumage of the long-billed has more contrast between the upper body and lower body. Also, long-billed has a more monotone salmon colored underside.
