Townsend's Solitaire or Pied Flycatcher on hardware store brochure (1 Viewer)

This was on a US store and was IDed online as a Townsend's Solitaire. I'm not familiar at all with the Solitaire but many feature seems to fit Pied Flycatcher better. Might be mislead by the editing of the picture but even things like the shape of the bill seems to match the flycatcher better

Hi Ziphius and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators. I'm not making any comments as to species, but I'd guess it should be an American bird if it's in a "yard"
